Membership
Membership Certificates are on sale beginning December 15 for the next year’s annual election. Persons wishing to be a HCAS Member must first purchase a Season Ticket.
Membership Certificate can only be purchased in the Sr. Fair Office. The last date to purchase a Membership Certificate will be the Monday before the calendar fair at 5 p.m.
Membership Certificates are available to Hancock County RESIDENTS ONLY, who are 18 years old on or before the election date.
• Proof of ID must be presented when asking for a Membership Certificate.
• Proof of Season Ticket must be presented. If the person does not have their QR.
Code, office personnel can check in Fairs.com listing.
Only the valid ID person may pick up their Membership Certificate. A spouse may pay for their partner’s $2.00 fee, but the Ticket Holder must come in with ID and sign the Members Certificate themselves.
Lifetime Members on presenting their Life member Card to the Fair Office will receive a FREE Season Pass for them and their spouse. They must still pay for the current years Membership Certificate Fee ($2), They must supply a current mailing address and sign the certificate to be able to vote. (Lifetime Member, a director that has served nine (9) years).
Who Can Vote
Members with dues paid shall be entitled to one (1) vote per member. Proxies shall not be voted and all voting and balloting shall be conducted according to rules and regulations of the Department of Agriculture.
Voting will take place in the Old Mill Stream Conference room on Labor Day Monday from 10am to 2pm.
